Powerful Cutting Ability
It runs on a 1.5/2.2 kW high-performance motor with a gear drive and four cutting speeds (48/96 MPM). The powerful motor provides the torque to drive the bandsaw blade through metal workpieces efficiently and accurately.
The bandsaw can cut through round metal workpieces with a maximum diameter of 13 inches and is suitable for cutting round bars, pipes, and other cylindrical stock materials.
Additionally, the bandsaw can cut rectangular metal workpieces with a maximum dimension of 18″ x 9.8″, making it ideal for cutting flat or rectangular stock materials such as steel plates or structural beams.

The grating ruler’s high measurement accuracy, combined with the PLC’s rapid response, ensures a control error within ±0.5mm, guaranteeing high precision in feeding positions. The maximum single-feed length is 18 inches, enabling continuous feeding or fully automated batch processing.
Hydraulic-controlled automatic clamping ensure consistent and accurate positioning of workpieces, enhancing overall quality.
It is equipped with two material stands, and the total assembled length is 254-1/4 inches. It safely supports longer workpieces, reducing the risk of bending or vibration during cutting. It also maintains alignment for extended materials, enabling more accurate cuts.
